Great Effort Mugg & Bean - Blue Route Mall

I am a regular visitor to this establishment, and the staff need a shout-out for the best service ever. This includes the kitchen crew who prepare the most consistent meals I’ve experienced in a long while. The frontline team greet you with crinkled eyes, so I can only imagine the giant smiles under their masks. They take their Covid precautions very seriously. Not once have they failed to take my temperature, record a few details, then spray and wipe down the table and chairs in my presence. My regular coffee is ordered the moment I'm spotted walking in and arrives at the table within seconds of sitting down. Exceptional service, great attitude and delicious food.
