From Strip to Rip (Off)

We have been loyal M&B customers for years and have enjoyed numerous coffees, chicken strips, giant ****ins and breakfasts at several different branches. Today, as a kind gesture to my fiancé, I ordered her favourite, Buttermilk Sesame Crusted Chicken Strips, for delivery. What we received was some kind of half battered and fried excuse for chicken wings? Nowhere near the meal we have come to love. This has truly been a shock from one of the supposedly better franchises.
