***** at Mugg & Bean Westville, Durban

I have been a loyal customer at Mugg & Bean for years. Your services and food is amazing.

I am utterly disappointed in the management team and staff members at Mugg and Bean Westville, Durban, KZN.

With every receipt comes a QR Code for customers to redeem as points on their MB Generosity app. It came to my attention that managers and staff members at MB Westville Mall are tearing them off and placing them aside... I'm sure we all know what for... To redeem the QR codes themselfs.

Today was not the first time. This has been the fifth time I noticed this meanness act among the staff and managers. When I asked for my QR code that was teared off, the lady gave me a previous customer's receipt that was purchased 15 minutes before mine. Hence, I ordered a Café Mocha and got the replacement receipt of a Chai Steamer. (Please see proof attached)

I would like to be informed that this matter was taken up with and a sincere apology would be appreciated.
