Foreign object in my Frappuccino that could have costed me my life

Health risk possible dead I purchased a Frappuccino at Mug & Bean at the Bryanston Total today. I went to work and placed the coffee in my office (no one has access to the office) an hour later I wanted to finish my Frappe so I went to the office and started drinking it. As I got closer to the end of it I removed the lid and took out the straw, and when I looked in the cup there was an old rusted ***** in my cup. I need Mug & Bean to contact me ASAP to resolve this matter I will not accept paying for a product and it could cost me my life
