FOOD SERVED RAW

On Monday 10/08/2015 our party of 4 visited the Mugg and Bean in the Dihlabeng Mall in Bethlehem for breakfast. Two of us ordered the Eggs Benedict - Bacon and Creamy Avo. When our food arrived the mushrooms were not fried ( as specified on the menu) but were served raw with the eggs on top. We sent back the 2 plates of food and waited while the other half of our party started with their food. 12 minutes later our plates were returned to us - the mushrooms were now fried but it was clear that the poached eggs from the first plates were just served to us again because our \soft eggs"were now solid and rubbery. The eggs on my plate were now broken and the two broken parts were staged on top of each other on one of the (now tiny fried mushrooms). The other lady who sent back her plate cut her one mushroom to see if it was fried before she sent it back - this same cut mushroom was returned to her. She decided to eat her food as the rest of the party had finished by now. I however sent back the food again insisting on proper soft eggs. I waited another 13 minutes for my 3rd attempt. Now the eggs were soft and warm but the bacon and mushrooms were dry and leathery!! really bad service."""
