Food Quality Complaint

Good day,<br> We visited the new Zevenwacht branch today, and must say that we were very disappointed to say the least. The service was friendly which was ok, but the actual quality of the products are not great at all. We went to Mugg & Bean as we know the brand and know what to generally expect.. We ordered coffee, water with lemon and ice and then our food. The coffee arrived only half full, after we asked it to be filled as we do not take milk in the coffee. The water had no lemon.. if you don't have lemon... there are many shops around which have, and the franchise should make a plan when a delivery is not met. Only the one coffee had a biscuit on the plate... Then moving on to the food. We ordered the Chicken Quesadilla - there was hardly any filling at all. There was only a little bit of cheese here and there.. and the flavour was so bland... I have ordered this many times before and always loved it. The peppers on it were terrible as well. We also ordered chunky fries on the side and the portion was quite stingy, which is also not what I am used to from your franchise... I will definitely not be going back to this particular Mugg & Bean...
