Food not up to standard

I went for lunch today. Ordered a chicken burger. The waiter asked if I wanted any sauces. I requested the mint sauce and tomato. However the sauce wasn't kept in the fridge as the label says it should but rather in a cupboard. It made me really really nauseas once I had finished my meal. I told the manager and showered her the label and all she said was that she never read it before. She did thank me for bringing it to her attention but that didn't take the fact away that I'd eaten it and was very ill. Was vomiting all afternoon and nauseas all evening. I'm really annoyed that I still had to pay for a meal that made me sick.... I only hope they will change how they store their food so no one else get even more seriously ill.
