Food not up to standard
On saturday my sis and I and our husbands went for lunch at Mugg and Bean. The waiter was quick to attend to us. We ordered drinks. My sister was unhappy with her Latte and she sent it back. We ordered food. Beside the fact that we waited for nearly 40 minutes for our food, we never complained about waiting. When our food came it was tastless club sandwich ever. I had it at waterfront branch and presentation was on top form and it tasted amazing. My sister complain her food wasn't even warm and my brother in law pretzel was tastless as well. My husband burger was cold but we ate not complaining at that time. We did not want to upset the situation and also hear strange stories of sending food back and what waiters do to food. <br> <br> Just thought I'd let you know about how unhappy we were about the food.
