Food not fresh / Badly prepared

My wife and I had a lunch at said M&B. When the meals arrived the chicken kebab (mine) was very dry and over grilled and the greens was very limp. Some of the inner meat was not done and stringy. It had no taste or flavor. I took a picture of my Onion rings and would love to share this with anyone interested.<br> <br> My wife had a piece of crumbed chicken that was like leather. Her greens one could see has been out of a fridge for a while as the carrots were dry and glassy. <br> <br> On a previous occasion we bought take-away ****ins which when we got home was not fully baked (raw inside)<br> <br> We have now learned our lesson. The floor manager took off one meal from the bill, but the principle to me unfortunately is rather prepare better food. We frequent the Vaal Mall, Vanderbijlpark M&B and almost feel like family. Their food is always tasty, well prepared and I have never seen a decline in quality from when they opened up. The place is always full and busy.<br> <br> It is such a pity that the standards are so different, which could influence the brands name in the end.<br> <br>
