Flies on ****ins Mugg and Bean Jean Crossing shopping centre

<p>I visited the Mugg and Bean at Jean Crossing in Centurion where my wife and I witnessed flies on the ****ins and cakes. None of the ****ins were covered from exposure to flies and the cake counter door had been open and also exposed to flies. We told the waiter who showed us to our table. He responded by cheekily asking my wife if she wanted flies in her ****in. We requested for the manager and after 10 mins later he appeared. The manager was very sorry at the same time shocked at his waiters response. The manager did take my details and said that the owner will call me regarding our experience on the 28 January 2017 after 2pm. The waiter did not apologize for his remarks. This is very bad service Mugg and Bean. Staff who insult customers is a wrongful act and ruins your brand. Does all your franchises operate in this manner?</p> <p> </p>
