Flies in their drinks

Mugg & Bean (Cavendish Square) is filthy and disgusting. They take no pride in their sanitation. I bought an ice coffee shake for my sister. Only for her to ask me if their are chocolate chips in it. After looking on her tongue I saw a fly. This is unacceptable and appalling. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Only last weekend I had an encounter with them due to them putting sour milk into two of my friends' beverages and trying to pass it off as being edible. The attitude of the manager was unapologetic to say the least. #unhappycustomer #dissatisfied #unsanitary #healthcodeviolation
