First Mugg and Bean experience with this quality of food

<p>On Saturday 22 October I took my mom for Breakfast at Mugg and Bean Carnival Mall, except for the fact that we had 3 waiters serving us, the food was really a disappointment. I had a Sweet Chilli Chicken and Pineapple burger, just to discover the bread roll was crumbling apart , that usually happens with old rolls. I then ate the ingredients of the Burger and left the roll. My mom had a club sandwich(the bacon, cheese, and chicken mayo). She ate the top part first which was the Bacon, lettuce and cheese, then she complain to me saying the chicken mayo taste sour. So she ended up not eating that halve. We did not complain to the manager, we just paid and left. The waitress did not even ask if we enjoyed our meal. I have never had this experience at any Mugg and Bean and sadly I will not recommend the Carnival Mall branch to anyone.</p>
