Fantastic service

I would like to say once again, how fantastic Mary and Barbara are, Norwood branch.<br> I order my rye bread from Mugg (the only edible rye in JHB) and when I phone they know my voice and are always friendly and polite.<br> When I popped in last week to collect my bread, Mary was on duty and she is really fantastic and one of the waitresses even remembered me from about a month ago.<br> I sometimes go to the Mugg and Bean in Rosebank and occasionally to Sandton (they are hectic but friendly) and I promise you the Rosebank branch could learn from the Norwood branch as far as friendliness goes etc.<br> I really hope that Mugg and Bean looks after their Norwood staff as these days good service is not a given. <br> This might sound odd but the food at Norwood (toasted Chicken) is even better tasting at Norwood!!!<br> Regards<br> Vanessa
