Extremely poor service at Mug and Bean Hemingsways mall in East London

On the 3rd of April we went to Mug and Bean at Hemingsways East London for brunch. As we ordered our food were told they have no scones we then ordered something else, we waited and after 30mins the short skinny man waiter came back and informed us that they didn't have nachos that my son ordered so he asked then for a hamburger. Another 30mins passed and our order haven't arrived yet while other clients orders came that ordered after my son ordered his hamburger, so we called the waiter and went and checked andcame back and he said it will be ready soon but another 15mins passed by. We were already leaving to go to another restaurant as the waiter came rushing with our food. So we walked back. When we had to pay we waited for the waiter but no where in sight and we were no late for our appointment and asked for the bill by another waiter which we insisted that the waiter that served us must be the one. Waited another 7mins before he finally came to do the bill which he messed up too as he wanted to charge us for the nachos that he told us were out of stock and too for the scones. Took him long too to remove the items not received and had to call the "manager" to approve. This is the worst service I have received at any restaurant in 10 years. I don't recommend this restaurant
