Extremely disappointed

The owner of Mugg and bean in Welkom , Goldfields Mall. 27.09.2019 around 19:20. The owner was just shouting his employees in front of us customers . When we told him not to shout at them in front of us . He continued being sarcastic, I told him employees are assets of the business and if there is anything wrong he must talk to them in private not in front of customers , he said I can’t teach him how to run his business and ended up saying he has been in business for years and I just started. Am very disappointed and extremely disappointed by Mugg & Bean values .
