Excellent Service at Mugg & Bean Victory Park in Linden

<p>Today I had lunch at M&B Victory Park in Linden. I was not happy with my order cause the wrap was drenched in mayonnaise. Sam who was the Kitchen/Floor Manager on duty came through to find out more detail on my complaint and promised to sort it out. He came back with the wrap looking much better and it was no longer drenched in mayonnaise. At this point, I attempted to eat it and he came back, he could see I was still visibly not satisfied. He asked whether am I enjoying my wrap and I responded, actually not. I do not like mayonnaise, it is too oily for me, I was expecting my chicken wrap to be prepared with the usual cream cheese as a base paste not mayo. I went onto say its ok though, I will endure this and finish it, I am hungry and at the same time have limited time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sam insisted that he will have the chef do another wrap for me without mayonnaise and ensure that cream cheese is used. It was at this point that I realized just how serious Sam was about ensuring that I do not leave his restaurant unhappy. I decided to oblige and allow him to delight me, needless to say I was completely impressed and blown away by the level of professionalism and commitment to ensuring that I am completely satisfied with no reservations.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sam is a valuable asset to this restaurant. He is naturally talented and gifted to operate in this service environment. He has the ability to read customers before they even say anything, even when I was resisting to complain, it was clear for me that this gentleman was looking at the bigger picture - customer loyalty and repeat business from me and those in my sphere of control and influence.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please will you ensure you recognize Sam for his excellent customer service. He definitely deserves to be in a management role, he walks the talks and the people he is managing we also follow in his footsteps. People do what you do, not what you say.</p> <p> </p> <p>I look forward to dining at this outlet again.
