Excellent Service

Upon hearing my dreadful experience at the Gateway Mugg and Bean, a friend of mine was utterly shocked as he always received brilliant service at the La Lucia branch, so I decided to try La Lucia out on Saturday morning. Best decision ever. Friendly smiles everywhere, our waiter was on time with everything and the food was brilliant, when our waiter received his tipped he couldn't contain his smile, so I told him a bit about what had happened at Gateway, he said I wasn't the first to complain about them. While I was at it I decided to try out Ballito Mugg and Bean as well, also terrific service and great food, but La Lucia took the cake with their somewhat personal touch. Carrie-Ann from Gateway asked me how they could have done things better, my answer: Go to La Lucia or even Ballito, you could learn a thing a two from them.<br> La Lucia and Ballito, keep up the great work, will be visiting again soon.
