Embarrassing portions and terrible, outdated food
I believe that all Mugg & Beans are fantastic restaurants - EXCEPT the Mugg & Bean that's opened at Waterstone Village. For some reason, this particular store, cannot get it right. The service is always slow with waitrons who don't seem interested in their clientele at all. The WiFi is an absolute joke, because it NEVER works, so never connects and on 13 March 2015 was a joke and embarrassment. <br> <br> My mother ordered the chicken schnitzel, which when received, we could see that it was sitting outside for ages with the cold, sticky, clumpy cheese sauce as a welcome beacon. There were so few chips on the plate, you could see the plate beneath this \pile"- maybe serve your \""big\""portions on smaller plates.... and lastly"
