Dropping the standard

<p>I have always enjoyed eating at Mugg and Bean restiarants, but unfortunately today the O R Tambo branch has let you down. Service was good but the quality of the meal was disappointing. My husband and I had the Mexican platter. Not a single item on the plate was done well. The sour cream was watery, the quesidias were burnt, the chicken skewers were bland and dry, the jalapeño poppers were not properly stuffed, the nachos were like cardboard and the dip was boring. Overall a disaster. As we were starving and running late. We ate it. But we won't be coming again. </p>
