DOUBLE AMOUNT DEDUCTED

At about 12:30 me and my wife went to the three rivers mugg & bean for breakfast when it came to paying the bill i paid with the app but the payment did not go through on the app because it was offline the amout was deducted from my bank account. The manager on duty had a look at the capitec notification i received which stated exactly Capitec: Payment -R240,90 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref Mugg and Bean Cape Town ZA; Avail R 4790;30 May. The manager informed me that was a payment made in Cape Town How *********** HOW CAN I BE IN CAPE TOWN AS I WAS SITTING IN THREE RIVERS O AND THE BANK KEEPS TRACK ON THE LOCATION THE PURCHASE WAS MADE SO THAT CAN BE PROVED ASWELL. I PAID DOUBLE THE AMOUT BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEM WAS OFFLINE AND THE MANAGERS INCOMPETANCY I'M REPORTING THIS AS ***** IF THE AMOUNT ISN'T PAID BACK END MONDAY BUSINESDAY
