Don't visit Mugg n Bean when it's busy they have no standards!!!

I am such a big fan of Mugg and Bean and always had good experiences whenever I visited but all that changed after my visit to Mugg and Bean Galleria. They have no standards when they are busy absolutely no concern for the customer. I understand that it is festive time and it will be busy but it doesn't mean standards should drop. After being seated and the waitress taking our orders , our drinks came relatively quick but our food took almost 45 minutes to get to us and the waiter didn't bother to give us an update as to why it's taking so long. When we eventually got our food another waitress brings it to us and just dumps the food and goes and our waitress was nowhere to be seen. As we started to eat my wife and I noticed that our steaks were warm and our veggies and baked potatoes were cold and on top of that I had ordered my steak to be well done yet I got medium rare. Looked for our waitress and she was no where to be seen and when she did come to the table it was too late and there was a lack of supervision on the floor as there seemed to be too little waitresses on the floor and no one checking if customers where okay. I also ordered lemonade and it tasted absolutely horrible like a few drops of lemon juice were added to water , it was absolutely weak and consistency was off. Once we was done other waitresses just cleaned the table like they was just waiting for us to leave and I even asked one of them for a glass of water as the lemonade was so bad and she completely ignored me and went to serve another table. I am absolutely shocked at the standards held by Mugg n Bean Galleria just because it's busy doesn't mean you should run the business differently and throw customer service out the window as people like me are the ones that still support the business even when it's not busy. A side note if you going to serve steak please get the proper cutlery as what is being provided does not do the job.
