Disrespectful staff mocking customers

Just walked into M and B Sandton City to have a meeting with a client. A waiter decides to walk behind me and mock the way I walk. When I turned around, he quickly stopped. As I carried on into the restaurant, he continued to mock me while laughing with his waiter buddies... I didn't know it was a thing to disrespect paying customers because they look different to the average person? I wonder if Mugg and Bean Sandton City staff mock fat people, or disabled people too for that matter? Clearly they have not been taught customer service. Absolutely disgusting to say the least.
