Disgustingly apalling evening
What I think of Mugg and Bean, Menlyn defies description. The floor manager, Ugo, at 10 pm this evening was rude and abrasive. The service shocking. The food disgusting. The order not completed. The ignorance of food by the management and staff totally shocking. In fact it was the most thoroughly unpleasant experience I have ever had in any restaurant. I will also be advising everyone I know, how disgusting it is.
