Disgusting service by both staff and manager

<p>Today we had breakfast at the mugg and bean at Bram Fisher airport in Bloemfontein. Firstly the lady serving us didn't have a name tag that says she was a trainee(we only found this out much later) then she gets our orders completely wrong she gave me eggs when I'm totally allergic to them and the manager comes and very casually tells me that they don't have jam, I MEAN ARE YOU JOKING MUGG AND BEAN WITHOUT JAM WHAT A LIE. Then we continue to pay our bill which was R232 we give the waitress 400 and she brings back change of R60 and walks away. I mean what about the R100 this is actually *****ing and sooo disgusting. Calling the manager proved to be a complete waste of time all he did was say sorry while already turning his back to us. This is so disgusting and I strongly urge people to rather take a 5 min drive down to Wimpy while they wait for their flight and not endure what we had to today. </p> <p> </p> <p>Totally disgusted</p>
