Disgusting Service at Mugg And Bean The Glen

<p>This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at any business in my entire life.</p> <p> </p> <p>We came to Mugg And Bean at The Glen Shopping Centre, first of all there was no one at the door to assist us to a table so we just walked in and sat down, then a waiter came, she did not even introduce herself, she just gave us menus and we each ordered a glass of water to start. We then waited for about 15 minutes for her to come back, until we called someone and then suddenly we had a different waiter, who we then ordered a milkshake and Scone from, which then arrived about another 10 minutes later. We then had to call our waiter about another 10 minutes after finishing our food to get the bill. After about another 10 minutes we asked someone for the bill again. Another 10 minutes later we proceeded to leave the store and then a waiter, someone else again came running after us with our bill. I called the manager and shouted at him for the terrible service, he did not even apologise he just said to me, oh but we still have to pay the bill. Seriously,where the hell did you get these people from, I have never had such a **** experience in my life, I hope all the staff get fired, because they are not qualified to work in ANY business. I will never set foot in any Mugg And Bean Ever Again.</p>
