Disgusting service and food
After sitting for an hour and 20 minutes, we had still not received our food. We arrived at 10:15 and left at 11:30. My 2 year old sat the entire time waiting and still had nothing to eat. The lady behind us ordered but only her daughter received her food, which was badly presented and distasteful. This lady also complained. The service is disgusting, the management don't really seem bothered and the food does not hold up to price. We will not be visiting a Mugg & Bean again.
