Disgusting Service

Mugg & Bean Woodlands Office Park is probably the worst On the Move branch. The food is inconsistent. I ordered the on the go breakfast several times. 1st time you get 3 streaks of bacon and then after 2. I even had to settle for 1 piece once. I'd rather avoid "special orders". I had to ask them to actually add tomato relish to the Breakfast bagel. It's supposed to be standard but on a previous occasion it had almost nothing on it. Today I ordered several items again. It included peppermint crisp tart. Instead of that they brought a pecan pie square. I immediately called them when I realised they got the order wrong. The lady still asked if the delivery guy was still here but he had just left. She told me no problem they'll come and swap out the order shortly. They closed at 16h00 and never returned. I made the call just after 15h00. I support them so much but after today never again. My fellow colleagues are just as unhappy.
