Disgusting & horrific service
<p>Mugg & Bean Canal walk is very filthy!!!! I was very disgusted to see the dust, litter on the floor & crumbs and dirt all over the floor... when I brought it up to the waitress, she giggled & only started cleaning thereafter!!!!! Pity I had ordered by then, otherwise I would have left!!! Tried to order waffle too & was told the machine has been broken for a while.... I mean what the freak is that!!!! My daughter was distraught & heart broken!! Waitress told us if we want waffle we must go to spur!!! To top it up, the waitress helped herself to my change after I had paid & I had to demand it back as I was not prepared to tip anyone !!!</p> <p>this place is a circus!</p> <p>I am afraid it will be my last meal I have in a mugg & bean.</p> <p>all the best!</p>
