Disgusting food and service from Mugg n bean Shelly beach

Hi, I would like to report a disgusting dining experience at mugg n bean at the Shelly center in the south coast. Between 11:15 & 11:50 my sister and I ordered two Berry and mango bevarages and chicken livers and toast. The waiter who was serving us returned with two mixed berry smoothies. Upon inspection I reported to her that I ordered berry and mango as I have an oats allergy to which she insisted that its a berry and mango. I asked my sister to taste it first and she said it had oats and banana, she still insisted we were wrong. I then asked a waiter who was passing by what was the name of our bevarages and she confirmed that it was mixed berry which contained my allergy. Upon seeing that we were consulting with another waitress, our waitress hurried to our table saying that we had ordered an old beverage that they no longer had available but they would make it for us, this was puzzling as we had ordered what was on the menu. We didn't continue with our berages. Our chicken livers came and they were off, it was disgusting. We told the waitress that the livers were off and immediately asked for the bill and left. Absolutely disgusting. I have tried calling to report to the manager and the phone rings and goes through to voice mail. Disgusting disgusting disgusting, they don't care about food poisoning or public health. We're never setting foot there or anyone I know. We're now at mugg n bean at the south coast mall receiving the expected service and food quality. Mugg n bean Shelly Beach is disgusting!!!
