Disgusting experience at Mugg & Bean OR Tambo

Just had the most horrible experience at Mugg & Bean OR Tambo.

No service whatsoever, dirty glasses aswell as black and pink unknown pieces in my drink.

Definitely not the standard that I am used to from this well-known brand that I visit often. Leaving the restaurant nauseous and disgusted.
