Disgusting Customer Service - Mugg and Bean Pavillion

When we entered Mugg and Bean Pavillion today for my mothers birthday, we expected great customer service. However, we were provided with salad that had no feta, eggs that were not well done (even though we requested well done eggs) and the waiter/supervisor took the decision to provide brown bread even though we requested white bread. They did not even ask us. They had so much items out of stock and when asked about it, the supervisor was very unprofessional and even began laughing. They also did not provide a biscuit with the cappucino. We were truly disgusted by this service as we are loyal customers of M & B Pavillion. Kindly resolve urgently.
