Disgusting customer service at Mug And Bean

<p>A companion and i went to mug and bean at Cresta and asked for cake to share. I asked if it could be put in plates because we were going to sit in and eat. Instead the cake was put into a box and we weren't even given utensils to use. We also tried to ask several of the waiters and waitresses to get us water to drink and we were ignored. I am appaled by this service or the lack there of. </p>
