Disgusting bacon chili ham and feta gourmet burger at mug and bean brooklyn mall

I had bacon gourmet burger last week at mug and bean brooklyn mall . It was delicious with feta cheese melted over burger patty and dripping with bacon and chili jam. I went today to same outlet in brooklyn mall. The burger was dry. No chili jam. The feta was in cubes and not melted over burger patty which looked boiled. It was disgusting. Will mot order it again. I did tip waitress because she didn't have anything to do eith poor meal.
