Disgusting

I don't know if it's bad luck or what bu I went to mugg and bean at glenmarais at Woodridge wow. As I walked in the entrance nobody approached me. There was a waiter by the door he didn't greet. Then I greet him and asked for sanitizer. I got a seat. I ordered a castle light beer and ribs 400g with chips. As it is the only thing that makes me go to mugg and bean their ribs are the best but definitely not at Woodridge glenmarais. I got my beer and waited for the food. As the food came the ribs looked awful but I thought maybe it's the presentation as I ate the ribs I could feel the texture of the ribs it was awful I tried another one and another oooh no. Then I smelled the ribs they smelled off. Then I called a waiter and told him the ribs are off the look and the reaction I got from a waiter actually said to me they knew the ribs were off but they gave them to me anyway. They were taking their chance. After 10minutes a manager came to me and apologized for the ribs and said he had put the off ribs aside but then the chef took the ribs and cooked woow what a lame excuse. The manager then said he will prepare right ribs. To my waiting for another 15 minutes a waiter comes with a menu then he tells me sorry there are no right ribs all of them are off woooooooow. I tell him to give me my beer bill. I pay my beer bill and I leave to mug and bean festival Mall. I wouldn't go there ever again it's the worst mug and bean I have been eating at mug and bean I never had such. Those are people that bring down other brands cause of stupidity. The manager was not even professional its like he Was talking to his friend in the neighborhood. Disgusting service disgusting food yeeeer.
