Disgusted

So I go on my Uber App and order livers from Mugg and Bean as my colleague was craving them. Upon delivery the sauce is all out and only left with the livers. I mean the packaging wasn't wrapped with a plastic as per norm, unfortunately I couldn't accept it and advised the driver to return it to the shop and refund me. I don't understand why would they just send out the order like that. If only I could upload a picture then I would.
