Disgrace

<p>I have been to different Mugg and Bean restuarants in and around Cape Town and im always surprised by the delicious food until it comes to Canal Walk. To think that its always busy but the food is pathetic. I have been to the Canal Walk Mugg and Bean a few times thinking that it would surprise me with better quality and service but it drops every time. I have now given up. I have been to Mugg and Bean Tygervalley a few times as well and they are awesome. So i actually compare the different restaurants but Canal Walks is a disaster. The past weekend i ordered a chicken burger for my daughter and a classic breakfast for me with soft pouched eggs and the low carb toast. The eggs was hard, placed on top of my toast and the burger was dry with no sauce on it and both with dry chips - very unappetising that everything was not eaten. This Mugg and Bean's standards have dropped so much its a shame.</p>
