Disaster brunch

I went to Mugg ans Bean for brunch with my 3 sisters and nephew and the service was horrible. The waitress was just all over the place. The adult meals arrived (without enough toast) and we had to wait for about 5min before my nephews meal was brought which was also incomplete. At this stage we had asked for toast, butter and serviets which were brought to us also about 5 to 10 minutes later. At this stage my meal had gone cold (waiting for toast) and asked for it to be heated up which took another 5min. Needless to say, I only started eating after the rest of the family was done. I had also asked for a 2nd cup of coffee during the whole wait which was brought on a reused, dirty saucer (not even the one I was using). The service was appalling!
