Disappointment from Mugg and Bean

I’m very disappointed, got a bottomless hot chocolate that was not bottomless as waiter never checked on us after giving us food. I then bit into my burger which was raw, manager proceeded to inform me that all Mugg and Bean burgers are that way, if I needed it cooked proper I should’ve requested extra cooking time. After my plate was taken I waited an extra 20min with no communication or anyone checking up on us. I decided to leave and pay for was we actually ate.
