Disappointing Service at Muggy and Bean The Glen

<p>It was my birthday yesterday and I decided to have a chilled evening and have supper at Mugg and Bean (The Glen). We got there at around 19:30 and when were placing our orders with our allocated waiter another waiter decided that it's fitting to tell him to hurry up with our orders as they want to close soon,I thought it was rude but decided to let it go. Our mediocre food finally arrived and we carried on eating besides tables and chairs getting packed around us. At around 20:45, my mom wanted to drink her final cup of the bottomless coffee she ordered but she was told no they couldn't make it for her because they cleaned the coffee machine. I asked how could they clean up when the restaurant only closes at 21:00 and there are still customers in the restaurant. The waiter mumbled something and walked away. He comes back 10 minutes with the bill but no coffee. We asked him about the coffee and he repeated the previous story. The strange part was he asked if we wanted dessert but we wouldn't be able to get our coffee. We asked to speak to the manager but got the coffee instead. If you are looking for good service, make sure you DON'T GO the Mugg and Bean at The Glen.</p>
