Disappointing service

Went to the King Shaka Airport Mugg and Bean. Placing the order took some time because the waiters were really busy.They seemed very rushed. Their food quality somehow has fallen since the llast time went there. Still a favourite of my daughter's though. They need to take more care about servising the needs of customers and taking orders promptly.
