Disappointing Service

In my two previous occasions that I have ordered food at the Canal Walk franchise, I have been very far from being satisfied. On the first occasion it took close to two hours for my order to be prepared and delivered, it should be noted that I am situated in the Century City area. The second occasion is that of my order not having any serviettes, spices or cutlery brought along with it. The only positive is that the food was okay.

The orders were made through Uber Eats.
