Disappointing meals at Mugg & Bean Centurion Mall

My wife and I visited the restaurant in the Centurion Mall for breakfast (2 eggs benedict meals and cappuccinos) and was very disappointed with the meal we ordered. The meals came to us cold and we then reported it to the manager. The manager said he will replace the meals. After we received the "replacement meals" we noticed that half of the meal was microwaved as the ****in was hard. We the manager about this when we departed the restaurant.
