Disappointing experience. Had to self serve

<p>Hi, Mugg & Bean, we had a meeting at Mugg & Bean Keywest mall, Krugersdorp yesterday (12/08/2017) and the service we received was pathetic. We sent a horrible tasting drink back, some sort of coffee with ice (no milk), I don't think it should even be on the menu, it genuinely doesn't taste good. We ordered an American Iced Coffee instead and waited several minutes for it to arrive. My brother had to get up himself and take the unwanted drink to the counter. After that we waited long before we were approached by our waiter again for any other orders. With our last drink orders/refills (2 hours 20 mins before closing time) we were told that they will close soon. After having our meals we had to take our own empty plates off the table and to the counter. Apart from this there was one other time that I got up myself and asked another waiter if we can order more drinks as our waiter was missing. There must've been no manager on duty because no one ever approached us and asked if everything was fine, otherwise I would've complained to the manager right then. Needless to say we didn't tip our waiter, the attitude we recieved from her was one thing and her pathetic service was the last straw. One last thing, my brother is still waiting for the glass of water he ordered before eating.</p>
