Disappointing coffee at Mugg and Bean Hillcrest KZN

I earn Instant rewards from Discovery for reaching my exercise goals. and can claim these as I claim these as free coffee from Mugg and Bean. Each time I collect my reward from Mugg and Bean Hillcrest the drink is weak, milky and tasteless.. Other branches the coffee is excellent. So I don't understand why it would be so bad in Hillcrest
