Disappointed with your service Mugg n Bean

I'm very disappointed with the service I received in Richards Bay(KZN), i place an order(Birthday cake) in January 2022 for the12th Feb 2022, when a family member went to collect it at 12 midday, it wasn't ready n I was asked what time I'll b collecting n I told them between 10:00 to 10:30,so what ****es me off is that the cake was not up to standard ie, the sponge was terrible(too hard, even the ladies from the township would have done a better job), no message on the cake as per my request, I never expected that from M n G, also their slices(sponge) were so tiny with too much cream, this wasn't my 1st time I bought your cake, this was worse of them all, I need a proper explanation why my order wasn't done on time, I even took pics of that cake,you have *********** staff who doesn't take a simple instruction, may b mo training is needed in that Bakery Dept, this is not acceptable, we can't b paying so much n get pathetic service, DO BETTER, extremely upset client, pls call me via email..
