DISAPPOINTED WITH GATEWAY BRANCH!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed with the Gateway branch. Firstly the waiter on the day was NOT attentive and they were not very busy. I redeemed by birthday cake coupon on the app and made a blunder and used all my loyalty balance to which nobody could assist or rectify. Nobody assist on how to use the app so I made a mistake. The manager of the store Malusi says come tomorrow which I did and he was not there yet the next day. Also the manager the next day could not assist after I explained. No idea why but the managers seem foreign and not a local South African as their English was sort of poor I could not understand them talking back to me cos of their accent. I understand it was just a free birthday cake coupon but still nobody could assist????? Such a shame as I frequent this place and don't feel like going back.
