Disappointed in Linksfield and Bryanston Mugg & Bean

I love M&G and lately I have become rather disappointed in the quality of your food. Today I ordered a chicken and mayo on rye bread from the Bryanston OT branch in Johannesburg and it was terribly dry and the bread seemed rather tough. To me it seemed as if they just took an old order and reheated it and gave it to me. Not fresh at all! Not only have I had a bad experience with M&G in Bryanston, but also the branch in Linksfield, Johannesburg, where I always buy from. I ordered 2 chicken pot pies and 2 chicken and jalapeno fillers. All of them were off. It smelt bad and tasted horrible. Luckily I didnt eat them or we would have gotten food poisoning. I now dont go to that M&G anymore. And I probably will not order anything from M&G ever again. Something needs to be done about the quality of M&G food or you will lose customers. I hope you dont ignore this and actually do something about it.
