Disappointed first 2020 meal

We went for our brunch at the Mugg & Bean @ King Shaka Airport. The whole experience was such a disappointed. The service was bad & slow even though the restaurant wasn’t full and the quality of the food was below expected I.e. sandwiches only had minimal cheese in the centre & not the sides. The gold drinks were too sweet & it took 10min to get sparkling water to dilute the mock tail -We ordered our food just after midday & we only got served our plates 40 minutes later, my order was incorrect and it took another 10minutes to make. The waiters refuse to collaborate, so if you looking for service and ask another waiter they refuse to help. The manager on duty/supervisor was just roaming by the counter & not driving waiters to serve customers.
