Disappointed

My family and i visited the new halal store in umhlanga and were very disappointed. We ordered food for over R1200 and the standards and service was pathetic there is no manager on site... We had food poisoning and the food was tasteless and meals didn't look appetizing. Since there was no manager or owner i had to take this issue up with head office. The following week the manager and owner of the store contacted me on different occasions. The manager apologized and told me to give them another chance and if i come again the meal to the value of which i spend the previous time will be on them so i scheduled a day and time and told him i will,come with my family again he said not a problem. Later on he phones me back and tells me that his boss (the owner Mohamed vahed) told him that he jumped the gun and business is slow bare in mind that i was scheduled to come in a few hours so i got really ****ed because the manager is saying one thing and the owner saying another this was really the last straw for me. Head office was of no use I've been calling every day and given various case numbers no one has resolved our issue i even spoke to the manager of head office and still no response. This is really pathetic
