Disappointed customer

I have been a regular at the Mugg and Bean Total – situated on Peter Mokaba Ridge for the past 3 years. I recently purchased the 15 easy coffee subscription as I thought this would be a great money saver. However the system was offline on 5 separate occasions and I had to pay for the coffee. The other thing that I noticed is that you are only allowed to use one voucher a day which is really frustrating, especially when you accumulate vouchers on account of the system being offline. You then near the expiration period but are unable to use all the vouchers.

This has been a very poor experience from someone who is a regular customer.

Going forward there should be a better way to use these vouchers. And something needs to be done regarding the system being offline one third of the time.
